This is the 2.15 release of the WIC RESET UTILITY which is a total rewrite of the original program in VB6 by John Karger in 1997. The utility can open, view, extract and convert various types of Informix compressed data files - IBM Sysplex Data Files (SDF), BLU file types or Unix tar archive file extensions. This version includes new features such as compressed data handling and multi-disk conversion. It also includes many improved code modules for improved speed and efficiency when processing large files with multiple compression formats to support newer versions of Informix that are used on all platforms including AIX, Linux, Solaris et al.. It is written in the Microsoft . NET Framework and can be used on any operating system that supports the .NET language language.
